Full Body Relaxation Massage
A soothing full body massage that can be tailored to any specific needs/areas of tension. Pressure will be adjusted to suit your preference, and I will always check in with you during the massage to ensure you are comfortable. A full body massage generally includes the scalp, back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs and feet. Please specify if there is an area you would prefer I avoid.

Hot Stone Therapy
A warming full body massage using a combination of working stones (stones used to actively massage) and placement stones (stones laid upon the body). This treatment is particularly beneficial during the colder months as the heated stones help to increase blood flow and warmth within the body, melting away stress and muscular tension.
